How many workers can we onboard?

Unlimited. The subscription covers your whole workforce.

What if a worker doesn't have a TradeCard yet?

You can invite them directly from your dashboard. It takes workers 5 minutes to create their TradeCard and it's free for them.

Can we verify right-to-work through TradeCard?

Workers upload their right-to-work documents and share them with you through the approval flow. For formal RTW checks you still use the gov.uk employer portal. TradeCard makes it faster by holding the documents and share codes workers have already prepared.

Do workers control their own data?

Yes. Workers approve every access request. They can revoke access at any time. You only see what they've chosen to share.
