This interim privacy notice explains how Tradecard Ltd collects and uses your details when you join the waitlist at gettradecard.com.

What we collect

When you pre-register we collect your email address, preferred membership tier and (if you tick the box) consent to receive launch updates and early offers.

How we use it

We use these details to manage the waitlist, confirm eligibility for the £1.99 for 90 days offer, send essential launch communications and (if opted in) share early partner offers.

Processors

Form submissions are handled by Formspree (formspree.io) and hosted within the EU/UK. The marketing site itself is hosted on Vercel. Both providers act as processors on our behalf.

Retention

We retain waitlist data until the public launch is complete plus a reasonable period to manage onboarding queries. You can ask us to delete your record at any time.

Your rights

You can request, update or delete your data, unsubscribe from comms or complain to the ICO if you believe your data has been handled improperly. Hit unsubscribe in any email or contact us directly and we’ll sort it.
